Since the first easing of the COVID 19 restrictions in the UK in June 2020, B-Inspired Training and Consultants Ltd. have been rolling out ARC Entry Level and ARC Affiliate Train the Trainer training programmes and bespoke training packages around the country.
This was achieved by developing a robust COVID Safe Risk Assessment, which is aligned to the advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England and approved by our regulatory body Restraint Reduction Network/ BILD ACT.
As a company we ensure the safety of all the delegates and trainers prior to starting courses. A robust recommencement plan was devised to reduce risks associated with COVID 19. The plan included a COVID Risk Questionnaire, sent to all delegates prior to attending courses which outlined their eligibility to attend as Front-Line Staff.
The plan also ensured that our training venues were COVID safe and fit for purpose for all who are attending. We reduced the class sizes to a maximum of 10 delegates to make it easier to maintain the 2-metre social distancing recommendation, during non-contact content. All delegates and trainers have temperature checks prior to courses commencing. Gloves, facemasks, and visors are a mandatory requirement and changed during break and lunch times. Hand sanitisation points are located throughout the training room and throughout the building. We track and trace all delegates attending to ensure conformance with current Government guidelines. All trainers are obliged to take Lateral Flow tests prior to training delivery.
We have successfully recommenced our ARC Entry Level and Train the Trainer programmes at our training conference venues in Bury.
