ARC 2 –
Affiliate Train the Trainer Programme

ARC Affiliate Train the Trainer Programme enables Provider Organisations across Health, Social Care and Education Sectors to develop in-house RRN Certified Training provision within their organisation.

This programme prepares students to become competent trainers in delivering the RRN Certified ARC Entry Level Model of PBSP, Personal Protection and Safe Holding techniques designed for children and adults, with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Acquired Brain Injuries, Mental Health and/or Dementia.

The course also provides a range of specialist content including.

  • Incident De-brief
  • Trauma Informed Care/Practice
  • Dementia Awareness
  • Mental Health Awareness
  • Autism Awareness
  • Impacts of restrictive practice on children and adults
  • Expert by experience, offering insight into the lived experiences of restraint and restrictive practice.

Affiliate Training Organisations will have the opportunity to be onboarded with the RRN as an Affiliate of B-inspired Training & Consultants LTD and therefore will be formally recognised as meeting the new mandatory RRN Training Standards 2020, ensuring they are compliant with the NHSE standard contract and CQC/Ofsted inspection standards.
