Bespoke Training, Assessment & Consultancy Pathway
ARC Bespoke Training, Assessment & Consultancy Pathway is designed to offer provider services with highly specialist Person Centred Support. This enables Providers to develop bespoke care & support plans for each individual they support. This is achieved through specialist bespoke assessment, advice, and training.
B-inspired has a long-established history of providing specialist bespoke assessment and training to parents, carers and providers across Health, Social Care and Education sectors. Our bespoke pathway takes a holistic, person-centred approach to assessing each person supported, enabling us to develop bespoke training, incorporating individualised design of person specific techniques (including clinical holds).
Our bespoke technique design and training has successfully enabled complex support packages to thrive in the community. We have supported services to significantly reduce the use of restrictive practice and restraint. All our bespoke techniques are designed by qualified RRN Certified Trainers with over 30 years of experience of working with complex care package. We work collaboratively with all agencies and families and our techniques are all risk assessed and certified by an independent Chartered Physio Therapist.
